1. Return Eligibility
• Return Period: You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the items are unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we are unable to process returns for items with removed sealed packaging or those that have affected secondary sales.
• Quality Issues: If there are quality issues such as damage or defects, we will arrange free returns or exchanges for you, regardless of the 14 – day limit. Please contact us as soon as you notice any problems.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Apply for Return
Send an email to CoreyDStephens@rhyta.com with the subject line “Return Application – [Order Number]”. Include your name, order number, the name of the purchased items, and the reason for return in the email. We will respond to your application within 48 hours and inform you of the next steps. You can also call our customer service hotline at 952 – 238 – 0642 to apply for a return. Our customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday.
Step 2: Ship Back the Items
After receiving our confirmation email for the return, please ship the items back, along with all accessories, tags, and the original packaging, to the following address:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. To ensure the safe delivery of the items, we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number.
3. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, if they meet the return criteria, we will process the refund within 5 – 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. If you paid by credit card, there may be a delay in the credit due to bank processing times. Please be patient.
4. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and indicate the item information you wish to exchange in your email or phone application. We will ship the exchanged items to you as soon as we receive the returned items.
5. Notes
• Promotional and discounted items are subject to the same return policy. However, only returns are allowed, and exchanges are not available.
• Custom – made items are non – returnable and non – exchangeable once sold, unless there are quality issues due to their unique nature.
